If you're talking about the US version, here's the info. You have to tape a 5 minute video of yourself and your supporters, fill out an application and send them photos of what you and your supporters look like. First off, you have to be crazy, have a crazy family, and then have some sort of sob story or gimmick. If you have all those things then go to LA somewhere.
