So this girl and i dated for awhile now and she told me she just wants to be free and not date anyone, well i have come to terms with that but i would like to ask some advice on the best ways people have used to get move on with their lives. I seem to be stuck in a hole with no real way out.

Stop wasting your time on someone who does not want nor appreciate you. MOVE ON fast. We all have a perfect soul mate out there and you need to find yours. She was not it.
It is best to keep busy and frequent spots with other women. By being around other women you will see that all are different and maybe she was not the right one for you. Work, watch movies, frequent sports, go out with friends, keep very busy. Soon you will slowly forget her. You will know she is out of your system when you forget her FACE.
Good Luck. Being young is so hard. It gets easier as time marches on.

Don't dwell on the past put it behind you!! I mean there are plenty of other girls out there and you just need to throw in the fishing line and stag you a good girl. It is hard to mend a broken heart, but you can't let yourself get down about this...Go hang out with some friends keep yourself busy!! TIME heals all pain!!

Im definitly still stuck in a hole..
I think the best thign to do is just move on... easier siad than done i know.... but just go outside kindof early in the evening.... and look at nature... the wind blowing the tress... and the moon... and just breath
Thats always helps me... sometimes it makes me cry.... Because I know that life is more than just stupid boys... (or girls) But im goodlooking.. i dont know if that helps me feel better about myself... hopefully your ok looking....

Dude, you sound very young and inexperience. Do not worry man, you will learn. Take this bitchh lesson and learn from it. The way men get over being toss is by plowing as many girls as they can. me to im in the whole with you really it seems to me the best way is to think and tell your self if she was the right girl for me shed still be mine so obeilously theres a better girl for you to come but just try to slowly let her go i did and now im kinda felling better learn to let go and youll be a happy person
