Has holding a grudge ever kept you from realizing opportunities to grow spiritually?

Did it make you miss out on the chance to work on a neat project, or to get to know someone better who you later found out was an admirable human being? Did it keep you from getting answers to prayers as fast as you would have liked? Did it ever interfere with your ability to sleep through the night? What does the role of forgiveness play in our spiritual and emotional lives, in your opinion ?

Yes it will and that is why the devil loves to bring up passed wrongs in our thought life
