No, nobody has discovered every recipe yet. Some people think they haven't released all the foods needed to make some of the recipes (like the soccer float)

No one has all of them. You just have to keep on trying and soon you could find them all. Also they are making 10 new webkinz for January.
Black Lab,Pink Pony, Persian Cat, Leopard, Valentine Puppy, and some more, just don't want to list them all down!
