i look for someone who is nice, sweet, has a good sense of humor, and is fun to be around. looks are important, as we (guys) have standards, but are not everything. personally is just as important.
if you mean physical features that one looks for, i notice first the eyes, face, then rest of the body. to be chauvanistic for a minute, specifically ill notice the butt. ; )

Guys approach dating like a job interview... the top 'firms' get thousands of applicants, and interviews are all about eliminating those who don't have the complete package. everyone else is looking for the girl who has emphasis in those few areas (eyes, butt, breasts, etc.) that are critical to them at that point in time.
Guys would love a girl who is the whole package as much as women would love to find a guy who has an amazing package.

This depends on the guy. Personally, I look for girl that matches my values. It helps if she is good looking, but looks are not everything. I look for someone I can trust.

I know this is horrible to say but it's mostly true.....guys look for girls with big butts and/or big boobs with a pretty/sexy face!
