I hope that you mean a big, frozen turkey from the grocery store, right? As long as the turkey is still in a sealed plastic bag, you can soak it in cold tab water to thaw. As soon as it is thawed (punchable with your fingers), remove it and cook right away or refrigerate it. Be sure to thoroughly clean out the tub before using it to remove any trace of blood. You don't want a possible bacterial infection.

I really would not recommend that. Your bathtub is loaded with germs! Even if the wrapper is on, it's really kind of nasty.
Place the turkey in a tray of cold water and keep changing the water until it defrosts.
Never leave a turkey in hot water or out too long.

I hope the turkey is frozen not alive, lol. If it's frozen, just leave it in the bag and defrost it in the kitchen sink (depending on the size it usually takes 24 to 48 hours - 15 lbs and above).

Probably not, because of all the germs in a bathtub....and there is probably dead skin cells whether you take a bath or a shower. I would stick with soaking it in the sink.

I'd bleach it out before you actually used it for taking a bath.
