Take the dog to the vet and get it checked out. For all you know the dog could have an allergic reaction to something or it could be something else? I'm not a vet so I would do something asap since you are very worried.
Things the vet may ask:
What is the dog eating or what have you been feeding the dog prior to this?
When did this occur?
How long has this been going on?
Probably more questions then I can think of but I hope that you get this taken care of soon.

Go to the vet ASAP. Could very well be an allergic reaction to a bee sting or another type of bug bite. I have a Doberman that has a bad reaction to bee stings. She tries to catch them flying in the air and has been bitten in the face on two different occasions. Both times her face swelled within a couple of hours. Both times I didn't wait around any longer to see what else may have happened. Of course, my luck, both times was on the weekend when my vet was closed and I had to take her to the Emergency vet. They have to give her a shot when this happens and monitor her vitals. PLEASE don't waste any more time for it could cost you your dogs life!!!!!!!!!

Possibly a reaction to a bug bite or bee sting?? Immediately give benadryl (Diphenhydramine) 2 mg per pound every 8 hours. Use the regular diphenhydramine HCL, as benadryl or generic is fine, but it can not be for colds or sinus, chewables, headaches...it is just the regular old stuff that comes in a capsule. Do not use liquid or children's. http://www.marvistavet.com/html/benadryl.html
You should call your vet, also.

Sounds like a bad allergic reaction. Could be potentially fatal, get her to the vet quick.

Sounds like some sort of poison to me. Get it checked for antifreeze and rat poison.
