No one does. Sadly we continue to loose a lot of the "traditional" family values, morals, and integrity. If there is no one teaching the children good things, what is this world going to be like?
I guess some would be happy of seeing our world become a real hell. Guess who?

neither benefits
so far nothing has happened to better the respect of women i men's eyes completely. their conditions have bettered but the respect is either there or not there...you can't measure it in increments....there can be total progress or no progress here when it comes to women's issues...because it is ludicruous this polarization of the sexes (well put by the way)
we would never have said women are better than men if men hadn't opressed us...we know that we are capable of and have proven that we are able to do things men can do plus go through the everyday strain of being a woman ( a privelage for the feminist it is our perseverence that gained marvel over their strength) yet despite this knowledge we ask for equality in its truest sense and it hasnt come to us yet.....for various reasons to those who think we have progressed....
a battle half won can have a turning point any moment so it is not won and winning the battle halfway isnt good enough in the end you either win or lose.
unfortunately this has become a battle--a battle of the sexes..when it is clear that each needs the other equally.

Big Business. The same people hollering about the importance of family support the same party that has fought against minimum wage increases and wanted to abolish overtime pay (Bush wanted to push this one through so people could work more hours). When they have people working without overtime for 60-70 hours per week, there won't be any family units left. They'll have people working all the time and save themselves a penny to boot. "You cannot serve both God and money."

Everyone loses. But, the government gains from it.
Speaking of polarization of sexes, I'm still wondering when the catholics will ever have a female pope to support equal opportunity.

Nothing is being destroyed. No one is hating anyone. Just because you love women, do you hate all men? I certainly hope not. You're attracted to who you're attracted to, and as long as you're both of consenting age, NO ONE has the right to judge you.
