I always found its not what you eat. Its the amount you eat. Dont try losing weight to fast cause it will come back as fast as you lose it. Just cut your food down to small amounts and eat 3 small meals a day. No snacking and No cheating. Drink lots of water cause that helps wash alot of fat away. Your young so im shure you will out grow it. Ive seen lots of girls your age lose as they grow. So dont worry to much about it.
