There is a Totally Proprietary Dietary Health Supplement Beverage used primarily for helping the body adapt to stress."Tunguska Blast". It literally took 1200 of Russia's Top Scientists to develop it. It has far reaching other health benefits that are yet to be recorded. I personally take it also a sleep aid and it immediately alleviates any and all motion sicknesses.I have personally recommended this product to over a hundred people with total 100% positive feedback in response.

1) Run, in-line skate, swim, tennis, etc. (if it makes you sweat, its working)
2) The best way to avoid undue stress is to make a habit of dealing with your stressors as/when they happen. Don't push conflict aside. Rather than bottling up your emotions , try dealing with it in the moment. Hence less stress to deal with in aftermath.
