Hot dog Relish or Sweet Relish with a little brown mustard!!

Artichoke Spinach Dip

2 (14 ounce) cans artichoke hearts, drained
1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1-2 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Preheat the oved at 350 degrees.
Butter a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
Place the artichoke hearts in the boel of a food processor and process until chopped.
Cook spinach according to package instructions, drain well and squeeze to remove excess.
Combine all ingredients.
Transfer to the prepared casserole and bake until bubbly, about 35 minutes.
Serve hot, preferably in a chafing dish with a warmer.
Serve with pita chips or triskets.

I like Barbecue sauce on grilled hot dogs, or honey Dijon mustard, I'm not to keen on ketchup, because it's so ordinary. I like to break the rules! LOL. My mom just made a salad hot dog with lettuce and everything!

Mix in a saucepan: 1 pound ground beef (not browned), 1 medium onion (diced), 6 ounces tomato paste, 3 tomato paste cans of water (1 can at a time(), 1/2 cup ketchup, 1 teaspoon cider vinegar, 1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder and 1 teaspoon salt. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours.

It would have to be chilli and lemon juice. It may sound nasty, but almost everything tastes better with a hint of lemon, or if your me, a few lemons lol.
