There is this guy, we met online,anyway he stood by me through a very difficult time, for 2 years, but we couldn't really see each other
anyway I came home 3 months ago, we have been going out some,good friends,lot of sex, but he cares about another girl too.
Anyway, he took me out friday and bought me a christmas present.
He told me the sex had to stop but we could go out and if I got in a relationship we would deal with it then. What does that mean.?

he doesn't care enough bout you to stop seeing the other girl and see you exclusively but he wants to keep the door open if it doesn't work out with the other chick. MOVE ON--stay friends if you want but do not consider him relationship material.

He wants to be great friends and nothing more. What do you want? If you want him back, it ain't gonna happen. Move on. If necessary, let him go and stay away to heal.
