8 minute abs and buns are incredible. I had done them for 2 weeks and it completely changed the whole way I looked!

dont know how far u have to go, but situps crunches, cardio work like running, and maybe abit of dieting. Like not eating too late in the evening, and having a good balanced diet.
Its possible to improve it in a month, that is certain

it depends on what you're starting with...if you're already flat, then do crunches...if you're blubbery - it's gonna take more than a month
