The Holy Bible

As one living in a tropical Paradise (as most people see it) I know that for me there is only one answer: the Holy Bible. Preferably with an inbuilt concordance and maybe a bilingual version!

When I had to shelter from a devastating hurricane a couple of years back, that was the book I had with me. That's why I know for certain!

The Count of Monte Cristo .... or maybe Atlas Shrugged. Two of my favorite books, and both long enough to read over and over without getting (too) bored.

I'm taking the entire OED (Oxford English Dictonary) Not only would it provide me years of reading enjoyment, but it'd be one heckova doorstop.
