I wouldn't go off Lexapro cold turkey, you will probably have a lot of side effects. Call your doctor and ask them the best way. It probably would be to do a 1/2 a pill a day, gradually work down to 1/4 a pill, etc... until you don't need it. Talk to your Doctor first before suddenly stopping any medication (it all depends on your dosage, milligrams, etc.).

I'm a nurse. Have you spoken to your doctor about this? You can simply d/c one and start the other one I'm sorry (d/c discontinue ) it's force of habit. Please be advised that some medications don't mix with other ones. If you had mentioned the other medications you were on I would have been able to tell you. Talk to your doctor before you switch if you are indeed taking other medication.

Did the doctor tell you how to come off it? You need to ask him before starting Wellbutrin.
