If I eat correctly and run up and down stairs for 45min, 6days a week how much weight could I lose? Could I also lose belly fat?
Oh by the way is this a good cardio workout? Or what other exercise could I do to lose weight and belly fat.Thanks.

You could probably lose 1-2 pounds a week by doing that exercise for 45 minutes every day maybe about 3-4 days a week, increasing your amount of workout by alittle bit every week, and taking 500 calories out of your usual diet. If you already eat too little, you may want to try eating more to have energy and get your metabolism up. Some other good cardio exercises are palates and cycling or riding your bike. These can be really fun and increase muscle and help you lose weight.

Depends how hard you run, what your wearing, and what all the conditions are. Ok, theres many things U can do. A Huge one is A DIET. I know it sounds terrible, but this diet is great, either the Abs Diet or the Warriors Diet. Also, do body weight exercises ( calithenics) such as push ups, sit ups, squats, squat jumps. Then do cardio, running up and down stairs, running couple of miles slow then fast, changing pace, then going sprinting. Do some weight training also, and just try mixing up all this together. Most thing is to have fun, and change your routine. Thanks.
