Take them to work, sit them out in the break room. Tell people to help themselves. That works at my job. A neighbor makes fudge for the holidays and gives a bucket to each friend for gifts, its very tasty and fattening. Last year, I tried to eat it all, this year, I wasn't going to do that to myself. I took it to work, sat it out and it was gone within the hour!

If you have turkey you can make a this caserole that's pretty good. You mix creme of mushroom soup, Rice, and Turkey together (all of them cooked) and top it off with crunchy noodles. If you have Ham you can make a ham sandwich or have some with eggs in the morning. And with your chocolates and things you can always make a variety holiday bag and take them to homeless people around your community, remember they didn't get anything for the holidays.

If you're trying to avoid overeating, buy some snack size plastic baggies that only fit about two cookies or one piece of cake in it. Bag them individually and you have handy, pre-portioned snacks and don't have to worry about overeating! Plus, they're easy giveaways if you have a brother or friend who stops by and wants something quick to munch on!!

U could jus throw it in the trash
BuT, it would be a lot better if,
1)you gave it to ur neighbors
2)you gave it to homeless people
3)if its like cookies you could give it birds as a bird food, jus remember to crush it well
4) you could put it in an compost and let it all decompose to a manure, a fertilizer that u can later use and add tu ur garden.
way better then chemical fertilizers as DDT and BTC
5) you can donate it to schools or places that need it for experiments on food and decay.
6) Storage times for properly refrigerated foods vary, but generally use leftovers within 3 - 5 days.
Never taste food that looks or smells strange or unusual. Go by this rule: If in doubt, throw it out!

Bring it to lunch to share or freeze it for a day when you're feeling lazy, only if it tastes good. If it wasnt the best dish, feed the neighborhood dogs; they'll be grateful!

Actually, if it's just you.. give it to a neighbor or throw it away. I let my hubby take stuff to work and give it to those guys, but if you can't do that.. throw it away. You'll feel better about wasting it than you would if you ate it all!!!

Give them away or throw them out, and get back to the gym. Be strong. Wish me luck too.
