Probably nothing...now that I'm married, I am buying the presents for all of the cousins, brothers and sisters, etc. :) No kids of my own yet, but like getting them little gifts and beautiful clothes to wear on the first day.
Inshallah I will get something nice from my wonderful husband, but if not....it is okay....that is not was Eid Al-Adha is about.

I am not into material things....oh well I got Myself 2007 honda shadow spirit 750 bike....treat well...both for My Birthday and Eid...

I don't know really we never had it like a material thing even thought I would like to have presents and stuff. You feel like it really is Eid if you dont live in a islamic country..

got nothing since i've been away from famili,studying abroad...used to get money from relatives when i was` a kid...but now as an adult,i realize dat eid is more than u got a lot of money,but it is a gift from Allah...like eid fithri...it is a gift for our patience going thru ramadhan...

Hm..well my friends are probably going to LOAD me with bath and body works and starbucks stuff...hmm...uh I think from my parents this year I'll get like an ipod or an MP3 player and like cash from relatives.

A whole wad of cash im talking about $2500$ from each relative and i have like 10 reletives that come to visit so do the math and plus i get gifts on top of the, like big screen tv's and things like that.

eid is not ant materialism ... its abt feelings and knwoing the gr8 sacrifice abt prophet ibrahim pbuh of his dear son ... !!! we celebarte and sacrifice goat or cows .. on eid ...
well on eid all the family ... get together and eat meat items .. n sweet dishes ... but first we offer eid prayers ..

Well hen I was younger I used to get a whole lot of money. lately I might get like $40 from my Uncle and Grandma but that is about it. But the real thing I get is that my Dad comes home and i get to spend time with my family.
