He's not going to change and he'll do it again if you stay. You'll have shown him that he can get away with it, that you'll put up with it, if you do choose to stay. Even if you say you'll leave if he does it again. I know. Spare yourself some heartache, for I know you have enough already, and find the strength to move on. It won't be easy, and it won't feel good, but in time you will see how much better it was for you to do so. It is only once you are freed from a relationship that can only bring pain despite the love that you can find one that brings joy because of love. You deserve better and will find it, but first you need to let go of this. Be strong.

Break up with this guy and find someone better. If he has been cheating on you and its only been 7 months then he'll keep cheating.You can do better than a cheat.He probably isn't ready for a relationship with you.
