signs of not being interest?
she says she is hungry and i ask her if she wants to walk down to the town 20 mins down the road..
she replies "i cant be bothered"
(tho possibly it was cold or she didnt have time)
she is about to leave class so i leave with her and try to walk her down the street to her mums car and as she is leaving she sorta just walks off dead fast like storming off so i cant keep up. tho she could be angry with me maybe? or just trying to get away from me?

stares at me or looks over at me, she was definately looking.
she used to smile across at me too. and make effort to talk to me when we were alone.
when im not about or around she asks my friend where i am or personal things like where is he from (that being me). but never asks me the question when im in.
is she the most confusing girl or what? lol.

reason she got a lift off her mum was probably because she couldnt be bothered walking.. that same day however she stayed behind in class.. whether it was to speak to me i dont know..

It sounds to me like she thinks she would get in trouble with her mum if her mum found out she was interested in a guy.
She might have been walking too fast to her mums car so her mum wouldn't see the two of you together.
She might have been afraid to walk out in the open with you for 20 minutes, when you asked her if she wanted to go with you to eat.
She may have a very strict mum. That's what it sounds like to me.
After all, she seems quite willing to see you in school where her mum can't see the two of you together.
I just read your added comment. Yes. I think she stayed behind in class, hoping you would walk up and talk to her.
I really think she likes you. Don't give up on her.

Maybe she is too weak from hunger to walk for 20 minutes. Next time have a Snickers bar handy for when that hunger is "pokin' atcha' pokin' atcha!"
Mum may not think she is old enough to date. I don't think so either. Not if mum needs to pick her up from school (or is this a "facility" of some sort you are residents of? In which case I say, DOUBLE NO to the dating.)
Staring is rude. Retaliate by poking out your tongue and slowing licking your lips. Then abruptly look away. She'll swoon, believe me.
Tell your friends not to reveal your domicile to her (or your room number if this is a "facility" you both are residents of) she is a STALKER. You said so yourself.

I don't think this girl is interested in you at all. Sorry.
Even if she is, it seems that her mother may think that she is too young for an adult relationship.
Either way it looks like she is out of bounds for you so I would not push it.
Just stay pleasant and give things time.
You are both young and have your lives in front of you so there is no rush!

she's probably just realy low self - esteemed or shy. Just dont take what she says personally, just go with it, and keep doing what your doing. If she still doing this, go up to her and talk to her about it.
