Well he have called me in July, he was really shy then. I have told him "please call later this is a bad time bye". The next time when he called me was still a bad time I was at work!! But that time I didn't answer. Then he finely called at the right time, BUT IT WAS 4 MOUTHS later and he was ever shyer now!!!
Therefore what does it mean, do he have a girlfriend, do he have girlfriend in collge, is he a player or plays girls hearts, or is it he DO NOT LIKE me no more.
All he said is his name and where we meet and ask do you remember me? But he tries to start a conversation about scary movies.
I should of say "I scary movies too!
But is it to late, did I blue it, Does he have a girlfriend??!
Please Help!!!

I'm going to assume that English is not the language you are most familiar with, so I hope this makes sense:
It sounds like he likes you but he seems very shy. If he does call at a bad time, tell him WHY it's a bad time ("I'm at work", etc.) so he won't think it's an excuse not to talk to him. Do let him know when a good time would be ("Would you mind calling me in an hour or two when I'm off work?", for example).
You might also consider calling him, since he obviously likes you, I don't think you need to fear rejection.
As for topics of conversation, I think he's just shy and doesn't know what to talk about. Try to start topics that you both have in common (i.e., school topics if he goes to your school, local current events, etc.). Don't feel like you have to have an opinion on every subject - if he likes something and starts talking about it, you can listen to him and show interest in his hobbies. Don't be afraid to say that you don't know much about a subject... but that you're willing to learn.
And... you might want to calm down a little. You sound a bit panicky. That might scare him. Just be calm and cool. You already know the boy likes you, so it should be smooth sailing from here on in.

You cant always rely on a guy to constantly call you, you need to put effort into calling him as well. when you call him it lets him know that you are interested in him. guys seem to be more shy these days and count on the confidence of a woman to take the first step. If this guy is calling you months at a time then it could mean he's probably busy or random dating but that shouldn't be an issue. when this guys calls you don't automatically brush him off and say you're busy, let him know when it's best to call you. If you do get in touch with him, ask him how he feels about you and ask him if he thinks that there's a possibility for you to become his girlfriend, do not rush his feelings, only time can tell. if you really like him and you think he's worth your time then you should CALL HIM...

I`m a 23 year old man that is married and I used to meet girls and I would try the same thing I would be so shy because we just met and it never last that long while meeting them and when I would call they would act busy that kind of makes you even shyer then what you were it makes you think that they dont want nothing to do with you I dont think he`s a player I just think he`s shy due to just meeting you and everytime he calls it is a bad time.Open up when he calls make yourself available ask him to a scary movie and yall may hit it off who knows.

DUH!!!
If you tell a shy boy that "it's not a good time" twice (even if it's not a good time), he's feeling sad and rejected. Boys are not usually very good socially. He's probably so scared, he's talking about the only thing he knows about. Give him call, tell him you would like to know him better (since it sounds like you do want to know him better)

girl dont pay that not calling you enough stufff no mind. have you ever took the time to ask him.and he does like you he's probaly just busy doing something else.you just start calling him from now on. (thats how boys act) deal with it!!!!!!!
