OK, I've read some say here there's a difference between spirit and soul. I have no idea what that would be.
I saw some of those...spirits or souls. It did not look like a person. It looked like a white blob thing. It was round and looked like lots of lightening and I've seen that 3 or 4 different times. I then prayed I wouldn't see it anymore if it wasn't from God. I haven't seen them in a few years. When I did see them I got a feeling of "pure energy". One came at my face but then went up toward the ceiling then gone. It was weird. I also saw a black one once...I can guess what that was. But like I said I don't see them anymore.

When you look in a mirror, you see a soul. You are a living soul.
The Bible says that people and animals are souls and that souls eat, sin and die.
Genesis 2:7, Leviticus 7:20, Ezekiel 18:20, Revelation 16:3

There is a difference between the soul and a spirit. I've seen a spirit however. It was my uncle and he looked much like he did here when he was living. He wasn't see-through or anything. He did have a slight glow and spoke to me with out moving his mouth. It was amazing!

It is said our eyes mirror our soul. I do know when a person dies, something leaves its body. It weighs less.
so i guess our soul is our life force. Most religions do believe in it. a force, aura, life whatever. die, and it is gone/.

i see spirits but not souls
souls would suggest seeing the inner being of a living person
but i see spirit ... the part of us that lives on after death
