Job 38:4 Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? declare, if thou hast understanding.
5 Who hath laid the measures thereof, if thou knowest? or who hath stretched the line upon it?
6 Whereupon are the foundations thereof fastened? or who laid the corner stone thereof;
7 When the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy?
WHO was shouting in verse 7 above if we didn't exist before this Earth was made?
Ecclesiastes12:7 Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.
How can the spirit RETURN to God if we didn't exist before the Earth was formed?
Jeremiah 1:5 Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.
How could God know Jeremiah or anybody before we were formed in our mother's belly if we didn't exist before?
Now with those verses showing that we existed before we were born, here is another question; How can we RETURN to heaven if we did not exist before this life? We can't return to someplace we have never been.

No. Each person's life begins at the moment of conception. That person's immortal soul is created at that very moment, and the union of immortal soul with biological body produces a human being. There is absolutely no evidence anywhere to suggest that heaven is full of unattached souls waiting to be assigned to bodies. And we know that souls are created entities, for in the beginning nothing existed but God alone. No angels, no souls, no human beings. No time, matter, or space.

Maybe because God says he knows us before we are born so we may have existed in his heart or mind before we come to earth. He also says he has a destiny for us before the foundations of the world so it's possible.

You mean did we exist in heaven before we were born?
I don't know, it's not Biblical, but I used to joke with my husband when my first child was a newborn that when she was asleep she was singing and dancing with the angels. At least, that's what it looked like to us :)
