I like cats. They can take care of themselves when we go on vacation. They are indoor cats only and very spoiled. Over the years we have had many....Siamese, Manx, Alley, an Egyptian Mow ...that fell in love with the Chinese Crested dog next door, go figure, a couple of Maine Coons who were very special and my favorite of all was a small female Ocilot.

I love cats and dogs. Actually I love pets in general. My dog is laying with her cute little head in my lap, right now. And one of my cats is laying on the top of the back of the couch with her paws underneath her, like a little bunny. The other cat is scratching at the door asking for me to let her in. Hold on........ ok, now she's eating. Pets are great. Life wouldn't be as rich without them.

Right now my cats are the best company for me.
They show affection when I feed them, or hold them, or talk to them.
They seem to know when i'm hurting the most because they are right there following me around.
Although I have one cat who likes to be wild and swatty when he thinks you have not given him enough attention, His face is in my photo box, he is there because he is cuter than me.

Well.. if i prefer a dog, i would have to take care of it everyday sometimes it doesn't obey you. Hmm.. what else. I think cats are much btter than dogs. Cats are loving and thouching and not dirty and also smelly!!

i have one cat and one dog. i love them both, but they are so different. my cat is independant and comes to me for her twice-daily pettings and feedings.. and sometimes at night she'll sleep next to me, but the rest of the day she does her own thing. my dog on the other hand is constantly around me and is much more energetic. it's nice to have the two different personalities.
