If I have a meal I feel pretty bad for a good 15 minutes alot of the time. It's like a knot at the top of my stomach and if I worry/think about it I'll start shaking. And sometimes if I have ANYTHING with sugar in it in the morning, I'll be sick for like two hours with sweating, rapid heartbeat, chills, and terrible stomach pain. I've come to the conclusion that I just simply have a small stomach and I try too hard to be like everyone else and eat like them(I'm 94 Ibs). But on the other hand if I have a small snacks at intervals instead of big meals than I feel completely fine. What do you think?

If it makes you sick to eat big meals, then I say don't eat big meals. I'm only 98 pounds, and I don't eat half as much as my friends do. They're all 'you need to eat more' but I don't listen to them, I listen to my body. You should do the same. Everyone's made differently, you obviously can't handle large amounts of food at a time. Do what feels best for you (as long as you aren't eating junk...)

The cramping after eating sounds like IBS, but you should see a doctor for testing. IBS is annoying but harmless, but there are anumber of other conditions that have the same symptoms. Like the response above, celiac is one that comes to my mind immediately. You need to find out, because even if your symptoms are mild now, some conditions will cause permanent damage if left untreated. Better to rule them out.
The symptoms you have after eating sugar sound a little more unusual. I'm wondering if (a) you're not reacting to sugar but something else in the food or (b) you might have hypoglycemia. Definitely something to check out.
If everything checks out, most likely, you can make some diet changes and get your symptoms under control. Don't give up just because the doctors don't know what to do - they're pretty helpless when it comes to IBS - there is lots of information on the web on how to manage your symptoms. I highly recommned the IBS Support Group board on WebMD - it's a great comunity of very helpful and knowledgable folks.
Hope it works out for you!

They're starting to recommend that people with IBS, or IBS-like symptoms be tested for celiac disease, which is an intolerance to gluten (wheat, rye, barley and oats). A lot of people with celiac were misdiagnosed as having IBS for years. (18 years for me). It takes an average of 11 years for a person with celiac to be diagnosed.
Being underweight is a classic sign of celiac, so it's worth looking into.
Here's a webpage by the National Institutes of Health on celiac -
http://digestive.niddk.nih.gov/ddiseases/pubs/celiac/
And another from the Mayo Clinic -
http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/celiac-disease/DS00319
If that starts sounding familiar here are a couple of message boards for people with celiac and other gluten intolerances.

You can also be intolerant to other common foods and get the symptoms you are describing. Soy, corn, eggs, yeast, dairy, etc. You may want to think about keeping a food/symptoms journal and see if you can identify the culprit(s).
I hope you feel better soon.

You might have overate. And try not to wear tight and constricting clothes. Makes the pain worse. You might also be suffering from a gastric ulcer as opposed to a duodenal ulcer. Gastric ulcers tend to give you pain after meals, while duodenal ulcers ususally when you are hungry. If your symptoms persist, you might need to get an endoscope of your stomach.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Hi, My Sister is anerexic and when she get's stomach pains or starts to shake, lays down or sits up on the couch and place a nice size soft cushion pillow against her stomach and she says it helps. So I would suugest either doing what my sister does or take Pepto Bismuth.

I would not second guess about a stomach pain. I really think you should see a gastro Dr. The other problem is your shaking this is not normal. I feel you need help you don't want to fool around with stomach pains.
