Need help Donating. Please Help!!!!!!!?

Hi, I live in california and i want to pass out slips so people can donate. The problem is that i dont have any slips so do you guys know of any website where i can print out donation forms?????????

I'm not in the U.S. but if you wish to have a charity, I think you would have to talk with your IRS.
