alabama bbq ribs

3 lbs. country style boneless pork ribs
1/2 bottle bbq sauce
Worcestershire sauce to taste (approx 3 tbsp)
1 can cola

Place ribs in a shallow pan. Mix BBQ sauce and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl, set aside. Pour cola over ribs. Pour BBQ and Worcestershire sauce mix over ribs.
Roll ribs around in sauce until ribs are covered and cola is mixed with sauce. Sprinkle garlic powder over ribs.

Marinate for at least 2 hours. Bake 1 hour at 350°F.

Can also be cooked on your grill

To make ribs tender, you need to marinate them in the sauce you like. Put some of the sauce aside for later, Soak the ribs for about several hours, then place them on the grill. Lightly rub some of the sauce on the ribs while they cook.
This keeps them from burning, and it keeps the flavor in the ribs. Also boiling the ribs for about ten minutes before putting the sauce on the ribs, will make them easier for barbecue. Do this before marinating though.
For my sauce I use a half can of beer, a half cup of soy-sauce, a large spoonful of any kind of vinegar, diced garlic, chopped onions, black pepper, brown sugar, and a dab of tomato sauce.
Or just buy some Barbecue sauce at the store. Mix together, and pour most of it on the ribs to marinate. Save the rest for the basting.

I cheat. You get your rack of ribs. Wrap them in foil. Put them in a 350 oven for about an hour. Pull them out, sauce them up, slap them on the grill for maybe 10-15 more minutes.

i'm making some myself precise now! the terrific way i've got chanced on is to boil first for approximately 10-20 minutes, till virtually carried out. Season with Lawry's season salt, black pepper, garlic powder, permit cool and rub the seasons into the beef somewhat sturdy. place on the grill and allow grill turning approximately each and every 10-quarter-hour. turn with tongs, no longer a fork to maintain the juices in. whilst they're grilled on your flavor, baste on bbq sauce. you desire to attend till they're virtually waiting to be removed from the grill, in any different case the sauce will basically burn. turn and baste the different area, I oftentimes turn and baste a minimum of two-three times to get the flavour somewhat into the beef. I do have my own sauce that i make, yet whilst i provide you that recipe i could could hunt you down and do away with you! savour!!
