If you're asking for a Spanish equivalent, the name Jocelyn probably is descended from Jaqueline or Jaquelin. or one of the various other spellings of the same name. As such, it could mean Jaquelin or Jaquelin in Spanish, but the a is pronounced as ah and the i is pronounced as the double e, ee, in English.

Most of the names are not translated at all, they remain the same. Very few, like Rose or Mary common/old names have been translated but not anymore.
So, Jocelyn would remain Jocelyn in Spanish.
