Looking at a 1999 mercury cougar, what should I know about this car...the good the bad and the ugly?

I am VERY interested in the car, it is beatiful, 73000 miles, rebuilt tranny and seems very sound. what should I know?

i agree with the other guy. i wouldn't buy it.

first the car itself is junk. second, a rebuilt tranny is not a good sign either.

The Bad: It doesn't have cup holders

these cars are junk unless you get a one in a thousand good one these cars are so bad they had to quit making them. go to consumer reports .com and see for yourself
