Your thinking on it to much
You need to think about questions that would save you, Like, I'm I saved?, Have I accepted Jesus as my Savior?...etc.

The knowing cannot be known unless there is a knower. There is nothing before creation and God is there in the nothingess, he only exists to be when creation begans and creation started to acknowledege his presence. Try not to spend more time knowing where he was because God is like you that you are nowhere until you were acknowledged to be in the womb waiting to see the light. The image of God made in man is his spirit of truth and righteousness not the gross physical image of a creature.

This last part of your question I must admit I do not understand. God was before anything and is everywhere. He created everything there is and nothing he created existed before he created it. In his image refers to the image of God which is the Father Son and Holy Spirit. He created man in this image unlike the animals man is in the image of God. God formed man from the earth and breathed into him a spirit and the two became a living soul.

I believe God is eternal. I don't think that when it is stated that we are made in His image, it means to say that God is limited to being human. I think it means that God gave us a few of His qualities, though to a limited extent. For example, free will, intelligence, and a conscience.

Not really, Before creation, there was nothing, but God. So that means, no stars, no planets, no light, nothing. It was dark, no space, no gravity, no time, no nothing, pretty lonely with nothing around. Imagine it like this, your an athiest and you figure, you will become nothing when you die. So you die. You are floating, but there si no light, no space, no time, nothing, but you are concious that there is nothing. Hellish is it not for there to be nothing for the rest of eternity, thats what it was like for God, so he created creation.

the bible is just a fiction book.
just like the oddysey, the illiad, harry potter even.
its a fictional story someone made up to help them answer the unanswered.
just like the way all the greek gods were created.
its an ancient book that through the centuries more and more people worshiped to give themselves reason
when you read a book or watch a movie you dont question "why is the ghost falling through walls, but able to sit steady on a bench"
its just the way the story is told.. leave it alone

Of course He existed, He had to in order to create the heavens and the earth.
Where was He? I suppose in Heaven, wherever and whenever that is.

'The Word begins with thought from conscious awareness' So god only exists with awareness, therefore he didn't exist before mankind became sentient. Does that mean he is a product of man?

He always was, always is, and always will be God. He has been around since before time began, for he was the one who created time. It's a mystery of faith.
