I was just wondering how many nominaly Christian people there are in the world that have such a tenuous grip on their faith that any little wind would change their beliefs. In Mexico an Aztec Eagle (represents an Aztec god) goes first in the processional into the Cathedral. Ireland, a nominaly "Catholic country," now has PR people from the Vatican explaining who all the "men in black" are.
I read a newspaper article about a lot of black inner city churches welcoming the teachings of Rev. Sun Yung Moon; as well as his expensive gifts. Moon would definitely not qualify as a Christian to most denomonations as he proclaims himself to be the Mesiah. So I was just wondering how many really true believers there were.

Regmor:
Moon owns the Washington Times, not the Post, a difference of many degrees.

Sun Myung Moon is a man to watch. He is one of the wealthiest people in the world thanks to all those who sell flowers on the street corners of the world and is the owner of the Washington Post. The pols slobber all over him for some reason. Haven't figured that out yet, probably for contributions though. He offers no proof but expects that people believe that he is the Messiah. Since Messiah means anointed descendant of David who sits on the throne and Sun Myung is not that what does he think Messiah means?

Gallup would like to know too!!!

Some christians would like to live a little longer and not get their head chopped off or have their families murdered before their very eyes.

So I think the numbers game will not have accurate figures.
