I'm 20 (only working for over christmas and new years) and she's 19 (works there part time). She likes me I'm pretty sure, but I've never asked a girl out, let alone been on a date, and have no idea how the whole dating thing works...

oh, by the way, if this makes any difference, she lives with her parents still, and has an 8 month old baby (i don't think the baby's daddy knows, they broke up then she found out she was pregnant).

Invite her for a cup of coffee ...or a walk in the park... and get to know her a bit better. Then see what happens.

Duh call her! She gave you her number which means she wants you to dial! Don't get overly eager...wait a few days then just causally call and say what's up. If you really like her then chat for I'd say at least a couple of weeks so you can feel out if you two click or not and if you are feeling that you like her ask her out.
However, if you have any reservations about her child and how that may play into a relationship then just keep it friendly. Her parents are probably going to be overprotective as well, with the whole baby and baby daddy thing...so take it easy on the parentals as well, they may not take too easy to seeing their daughter just bouncing out with some guy.
