I'm a 14 year old myself. I really like salad (made of brococli..tomatoes..beans..lean chicken..and carrots ..NO DRESSING INCLUDED...) along with flavored water for lunch. Or sometimes i eat at the school cafeteria where they serve tuna, ham, pastarami, chicken, and turkey sandwiches made with whole wheat bread and no dressing and dips (ketchup..mustard) are included. You can serve your kids the salad or let them eat at the school as long as they dont eat the pizzas, burritos, chocolates, chips and all the junk food.
