D'ya know, and perhaps you don't even want to, Joan Baez appeared at the Free Trade Hall in Manchester sometime a long time ago, and asked of the audience "Would it offend you if I told you that I love you?". I've remembered that for what may be too many years, because it seemed so genuine, real, heartfelt and sincere.
I cannot see anything wrong in a sincere appreciation of someone's beauty.
(But they might think you're just coming on)

Since I don't know you your opinion would have very little value to me...
I am generally referred to as "cute" so I don't really consider myself beautiful...I tend to notice my flaws because from a very early age people always showed me the negative aspect of essentially everything...
