It will help and I would add to that no soda of any kind and water to drink. No fast food and that will be even more weight you loose.

I read somewhere that the "Don't eat after 6 PM" thing is a myth.

What really matters is how many calories you're taking in. The reason most people who eat after 6 gain weight is that they are eating junk food.

well actually this all depends on you body type and the rate of your matabolism. But most studies show that time has nothing to do with wait lose it the kind of food you eat and the amount you eat. Hope this helps.

Should help, especially if you're still active before bedtime. If you just sit on the couch after eating, then it isn't going to help much though.

A friend of mine tried that and it didn't work for her. You just need to stay active.

its not good to eat and go to bed right away. other than that it doesn't matter when u eat.
