All people are sinners so if anyone says they always overcome there temptation thats a lie. Lust is my main problem. Most of the time I overcome it. The only way to overcome temptation is to remember that someone died for my sins. All I have to do to be forgiven is ask but I feel that if Jesus loved me enough to die for me the least I can do is live for him. 17

I am 32 year old...
My daily temptation is my ego.
During working time, I sometime feel so difficult to deal with colleges or subordinates that work very slowly, passively or unsystematically.
Sometimes I become so angry and lack of patient to deal with this situation. To make things going easy, especially when we are in debate or argument each other, I try to get out my positive energy by turning down the voice intonation or volume of speech, listen to them more clearly, understanding what they want to say, taking a breath and then trying to make the win-win solution.
Dealing with people has taught me to be more patient, wiser and flexible. I become so happy every time I can overcome this situation smoothly. ;)

I would have to say, pilfering at work and the occasional blurting of a 4 letter word when someone cuts me off in traffic. At work, you grab an extra pen or take home a pad of lined paper. It seems innocent but it is still stealing from the employer.54yrs.
I make it up by buying a box of donuts here and there.

I'm tempted with every day life. Not always sitting down to even pick up the Bible and read it. even if its only for ten min.
I hate feeling like a hypocrite by telling others to study and hear I don't always do it my self. I am just thank full that Jehovah knows of my imperfection's and he can read my heart.
and I fail often...

We live in a very affluent area, and our family struggles financially. On some days I must fight the temptation not to "lust" over material things that we will never have. On most days I am grateful that God provides our needs, and I am usually very content with that. I am an adult with two teens...that's as close you'll get to me revealing my age! :)

uhh, ok...
I am tempted daily to cuss, but I deal with it by having one of my friends pinch me every time I spit out the F bomb. I wouldnt mind saying it so much if my mom wouldnt get so sad. I fail at this a lot.
I am 17.

43, we all struggle with temptations, some we have overcome others are strongholds. I think we are all like that. The good thing is God knows my heart and He forgives me when I screw up
