You say 'thank you". Someone having a crush on you means they really like you, that is a compliment. If you do not have a crush on him, you can still appreciate that they like you.

Hey if my CRUSH gave me a gift I'd be like, "YES." lol (On the inside). And thank you on the outside.

if my crush gave me a gift....i would probably faint. ok for real id probably say thank you and strike up a conversation with him. maybe he'd ask me out.
if my crusher gave me something, i wouldn't be mean about it. hopefuly he wouldn't be a nerd or any thing. even if they were, i wouldn't like throw it in there face or any thing like that. i would probably say thank you and kinda talk to them, but nothing else.
