Well, I have 2 kids. Both sections, and after the birth I was on my period (what seemed like forever but haha) for about 3 weeks straight, but my next period came right on target... so I would say for me 4-6 weeks after birth..

3 months with both a vaginal and a c-section delivery.
6 weeks of bleeding, maybe 2-3 weeks of none, then spotting for a while and by the 3rd month it came and went like normal again (well.. it lasts longer now)
