Yes,go for it.I see older girls with younger guys all the time,if guys can go out with younger girls than guys can also go out with older females.No questions to that one.

Don't be a baby, just ask her out. Most of the time the age difference gets blurred over when two people share feelings towards each other. Make sure you have enough money for the date and that you measure up to her standards, or she will just look at you like a cute young thing who has a crush on an older women.

That is not a huge age difference at all. I say go for it. My parents are happily married for 30 years now and they have a 7 year age difference. As long as you both enjoy each others company and like each other theres nothing wrong with it!

Beware, though. If you work with her it might make things difficult. But know that that's true regardless of age.
Do you have some common interests? Ask her to her favorite kind of movie. Take her to her favorite restaurant.
Three years is really not that big at your age.
