I have muscles in my legs but i also have extra skin/fat.. how can I get rid of it fast?? and Is so emmbarssing.. im only 13.. and im healthy and skinny.*not a twig tho ithr*
and how do i get rid of stubborn belley fat.. * im very atheltic and I excerzie and eat right.. why isnt it going away?

Abs are the most stubborn area to tone... Do abs more than U are already doin them. Even if its 3 or 4 times a day... It'll come... As far as thighs; do alot of leg presses, squats, & leg curls. Weight training will get them there...

You are 13,your body hasn't caught up with you yet. Just keep staying active ,by next year you won't even notice those problem areas becuase your body will have grown some more.Just concentrate on being a kid

heck i was you I start doing squats, ya know lifting weights, bicep, and tricep excersize, watch what ya eat, eat alot of fruits its hard at first but believe me the girls will love ya, and in three years, the jocks will look up to you cause you'll look like Rocky.

work out your legs and abs, you should try to tone not build, so do lots with light weights, look on the net for excersizes.

genetics dear. There are exercise suits and other devices that help, compression helps by forcing the body to burn that fat first.
