This friend of mine and I have been everywhere, hung out, been intimate, helped each other out of jams. Many times , he seems to be all talk. I care about him deeply. I can since the same out of him. I have just had a lot of patience. Weve hung out for a year and found a few common ground areas.

I lied to myself for years about my feelings for a girl. I was young and didn't know myself yet. Not much you can do about it. Maybe if you go your separate ways he will get a chance to think over his true feelings for you.

Did I ever. The only time I had anything remotely close to a boyfriend was in ninth grade, with a guy who said that he wasn't interested in having a relationship until he completed his education. (In retrospect, that's a really good idea, but I was young at the time.) It was obvious that he liked me, though. He found out how I felt about him and freaked out. We don't speak much anymore.

He probably is just nervous to say anything because he is afraid of ruining your friendship. Guys tend to do that often, trust me, I've been in the same situation. Maybe if you tell him how you really feel, he won't be afraid to hide his feelings for you anymore.

move away from him, if he comes over then you are in with a chance. I mean don't see him and hang out with girls and see what happens.
That is what me wife tried and we have been married for 23 years and it has been great.
