the question is is it good to be flexible or sturborn i am not double minded im just willing to admit that i have to change to the situation that i am facing and alot of times i am wrong at first then change my mind

Only stupid people don't ever change their mind (also described as "Stay the course." Intelligent people are always thinking and as they think they might see different (better) solutions to problems.

People have mixed feelings about things, so it's easy to change our minds. The thing that should limit us is if someone is depending on our answer. Then we have to follow through with our choice.
