Ok, here is the deal. I have a boyfriend, for 80 days. =]
And i love him. But it seems like he is always flirting with a girl in his homeroom class, and it really *steams my broccli* if you know what i mean. But anyway, I'll get to the point. There is this guy who is in the same grade as me, but he isn't in any of my classes. And I talk to him on the internet. And he tells me things like, I'm hot, funny, cute, stuff like that. And I tell him thankyou, "I love you" (in a nice friendly way). And if I weren't dating my boyfriend, I might have gone after this guy. Am I being wrong, unfair, or cheating? Should I stop? B/c i really don't want to ruin my relationship with my boyfriend!! Please Help Me Here!!!! :)

It feels good when you have someone else OTHER than your significant other paying you compliments...it solidifies the fact that you are wanted and attractive and the attention is nice. It probably also feels like you are "getting back" a little at him without him knowing...which makes it fun.

You need to address the problem with your boyfriend. Hopefully he'll care enough to stop the behavior (but honey guys are dumb so he probably doesn't realize you have a prob in the 1st place). If he makes YOU out to be the bad guy then I'd get rid of him. It's only been 80 days, don't let that turn into 160 and he's still flirting and you are still carrying on your little flirting way (BTW don't tell a guy you love him unless you mean it even if it's just friendly).

If you really like the guy, give him the benefit of the doubt, ask him to stop flirting, and take it from there

well if u like both of the guys which it seems that way u should choose between one of them cause that is they only u can solve things cause it doesnt seem like u r cheating but it is unfair cause if u flirt with some one and u have a bf then thats not ok but if u flirt and u dont have a bf then u r fine cause no one will care and u no people these days they have to be in ur buzniess so just tlk to him a bout it if u want tell him have u dont feel right that he is flirting with another girl works for me peace out :)

I think you should explain this all to your boyfriend. Im a guy and if i somehow found out my friend was doing this and trust me if your guy goes to a school he will find out. Someone will tell him and if i was him and found out i wouldnt really know the situation and get ed. So....if you explain it all to him first (and i know that at first it will seem like an ARE YOU CRAZY answer because you are most likely in CRISIS MODE but it will work..i had the same problem and my friend forgave me and was very understanding. Hope it works! I hope you and your boyfriend stay together for a very long time

Two wrongs don't make a right. I wouldn't go around flirting with other guys. It's too bad that your boyfriend treats you disrespectfully that way. You really should have a talk with him about it, and tell him how much it hurts you. If he continues to do it, you can still hold your head up and know that YOU did the right thing.

Uhhh, since u aint married yet, i guess u both have the right to flirt with whomever u want.
But if flirting turns into cupid 's arrow, then u both should be friends and go out with the one u flirtin with.
But do not get jealous or discouraged with each other.

Hmm... that incredibly is a sticky difficulty. If I have been you i could talk with the guy first and make it sparkling which you haven't any longer any particular interests with him and that your terrific buddy potential the international to you. do no longer come off threatening nonetheless. permit him think of and make the determination for himself regardless of if to maintain on flirting with you or be unswerving to his lady buddy. If he maintains to play around then tell your terrific buddy approximately him. yet whilst he stops then basically pretend he became a lost pup who chanced on his before domicile :)

Of course you CAN, but may you?

Sorry, I'm the biggest grammar freak. I suggest what almost everyone else has...be friendly to this guy you're flirting with, but don't get too suggestive, otherwise...and mention your boyfriend once or twice, and he'll get the picture.

as a guy if i was flirting with someone else that means i dont love whoever i'm with and want to move on. That's human. But I don't think it's unfair because if he get ticked necause you're flirting with another guy, and he's flirting with someone else he's not for you.

OK first off your bf is a jerk for flirting with other females. No its not ok for you to flirt either, its called emotional cheating, just becase your not kissing or sleeping with the guy does not mean your not cheating.
If you like the guy and your having doubts about your current bf then I suggest to leave him before startng anything more serious with a new person.
If you want to stay with ur current bf then stop flirting, it just causes issues.

It's all about, as Ali G would say, Respek. Talk it through with him. It seems dumb, but since you guys are young and feral you will be faced with this decision often. How much flirting is acceptable? who is off limits? Establish some ground rules together.
