I am a hot headed Christian. I am pretty open with nonbelievers, its the christians that make me mad. I expect nonbelievers to be sinners and offend me, but Christians, I expect to be regenerating, because Jesus is in them. (Regeneration, a Calvinist term). I think I exoect too much or they are just as judgemental with me as they are with nonbeleivers.

I am not a Hot headed Christian, I am a hot headed liberal. People who are passionate about their beliefs tend to get excited and some times agitated when others don't see or refuse to see things their way. Christianity should never have this problem because if we truly follow Christ we know that it is through Love Tolerance and forgiveness that the strength of the faith is truly manifest. That is why the death of a single carpenters son in the lowliest of all conquered lands in the empire destroyed the roman empire.
His Love, His Compassion, The fact that the first words He said as the Romans hammered a Spike through his wrist were, "Forgive them Father, for they know not what they do." Took the power of terror and turned it from a mighty roar into a pathetic snarl.
Remember my brothers and sisters that passion makes us human, but compassion makes us humane.

I'm christian
What do you mean by hot headed?
Well I don't think I am.
I don't mind people who don't believe in God.
If they try to prove me wrong, of course I'm going to defend what I believe, if you consider that hot headed, then yes I am.
but then again, If a christian goes up to an athiest and tells them they believe in God, and the Athiest tries to convince the christian otherwise... then that makes the athiest hotheaded.

why do you feel it is your obligation to prove us wrong? and why do you spend so much time trying to discredit God? if we are believing in fictional characters then let us do that. you love us this much to go out of your way to "preach" the truth? everyone is entitled to what they want to believe in. Dont force your views on us because we believe we are right and of course you believe that your theories are correct so what is the point? it seems as though you are actually looking for confirmation that God doesnt exist rather than trying to prove your theories. Your efforts can be associated with meaningful things such atheist missonary work overseas especially in the middle east since you say religion is the reason for violence and murder. everyone has the right to defend their own. it doesnt make you hot-headed.

I am a Christian but I am not hotheaded. I think everyone should believe what they want to believe and not put others down just because we are different.

i am a christian and i consider myself not hot headed. i let people know what i believe and then let the Holy Ghost inspire them and if they want to know more they come and ask me. hot headed i would say more non believers are. nothing against it but most the time if a christian says i am christian a non believer starts in on them. i understand there are some out there who say they are christian and then say people are going to hell. i dont agree with that at all. but chat rooms and forums and anything else you always get non christians bashing people because we choose to follow God. but how often do you go to a non christian chat room or forum and see nothing but christians going in and saying you need to pray and all. i dont see it as often. why put christians down. why are people afraid of christians. most christians do get defensive when someone asks something. and a lot of times non christians ask in sarcasm ways or rudely. why be mad at a christian because they choose to believe that God created the earth and not in evolution. i am not perfect and i am not better then anyone else. we are all equal. and i am not saying all atheist are hot headed and no christian is. like i said i know of some who say they are christians and they will be the first to point out your wrongs even though they have a lot of there own. and i know atheist or other people who will go off on me cause i believe in God. and go off and try to show me proof or what not. and i will defend myself.
and in a way my point rest with how you called and asked why are all christians hot headed. isnt that a hot headed statement?
and i dont get offended when an atheist trys to prove me wrong. just allows me to witness to them. cause i know they cant prove me wrong so i dont let it bother me. i let God guide me to what to say. useally they get frustrated or upset or something cause the facts turn around and come back and they realize they cant prove me wrong. and i have a couple buddys now going to church from trying to prove me wrong and in doing so have realized the truth.

I am not Christion, nor any other religion, nor Atheist. I believe in what I want to believe in. I feel that Christians may get annoyed when people try to prove them wrong because they chose to believe in Jesus Christ. I believe in what I choose to believe in, and if someone tried to prove that my beliefs were baseless, I would get annoyed too. I think that Atheists should just leave Christians alone, and vice versa. People have a right to believe in what they choose to.

Christians aren't nearly as hot headed as Muslims. Go deal with them in person and learn what fear is when you push their buttons!
