did you call the places , major hair salons, that you found in the yellow pages???? sorry, but wasnt clear on that,,,,,,,,, also, try the local beauty supply store,,,,, Sallys is one name of one,,,,,,, they should know alot of hairdressers in your area,,,,,,, finally, dont know what /how complicated, of hair coloring you want, you also at the beauty supply can purchase and mix your own,, they will help you pick it out,,,,,, and they do have some low chemical ones,,,,

I don't know how old you are, but I have had a similar problem.
Sadly, not found a solution
You could try vegetable dyes
