she brushed her teeth but her breath still stinks. Should I tell that she has bad breath or what? I dont want to hurt her feelings?

It might be better if she hears it from you, a family member other than a stranger or a person who is out to hurt her feelings. She may have a condition that can be treated.

Thats a hard one, if it is just temporary she might be constipated or dehydrated, How about offering to get her a nice cool glass of water. (I am a Mom and have one son with this problem). Water always helps.

tell her she has a bad breath and give her a mouth freshner like eclipse or a chewingum

u should tell her or else she would be teased everywhere she goes. i think she would way rather hear it from u than someone she doesn't know at all!
