he wont' go away even though I called the police on him serveral times. I know if anyone ever called the police on me I would be long gone, but that would never happen i would leave at there first request and not throw myself on someone

get a restraining order then next time he shows up call the police then he wil be in violation of the order and the police will take it from there.but make no mistake he may not be physically abusing you but stalking you thus causing you to fear him is also abuse (mentally) and this in turn will cause abuse physically.

Why don't you act like a tough girl and kick his ***? That's what I would do if I was a girl being stalked by some nerdy nice guy creep. Of course, if you are one of those girls who lives a sheltered life (which I'am pretty sure that you are) and doesn't know how to defend herself, then you probably will just sit back and continue to let this dude harrass you, since it is obvious that you have yet to do anything to take care of the situation once and for all. Grow some balls b****!

Why then if you have called the police--have you not gotten a restraining order on this guy? Go and get one and keep on calling the police.

get urself some mace and let him feel the vapors. I've never seen anyone come back for seconds. When he's down coughing and crying, give him a few more puffs for good measure, pull his underwear up over his face and kick him in the ball-sac. Spout various profanities, state ur demands, ask him 'Did you think I was kidding' Say it like Pechino did in scarface.

I would go to the police station and sit there until they do something. Stalkers can become deadly so take this situation seriously. You need to get some sort of protection

You may not see stalking as abuse,but it is.......get a restraining order and FAST.....I had a stalker who would hide in the bushes in front of my house and wait for me to come home.That was really scary but if you don't do something it could escalate to more!!

depending on what state your in I would file a personal protection order and you can do this by either contacting your womens' resource center or shelter....Good Luck
