For the past 4 years my WBC has been ranging between 5.7 &6.8 my latest is 7.7 with a range of 3.8-10.8. Its not out of range but should I be concerned?

No, you should not be concerned. White blood cell counts normally fluctuate through a wide range - that is why such a wide range is considered "normal." Only numbers that would be higher than the normal range (>10.8) would be a cause for concern - it would be a sign of infection, etc.

white blood cells when they are up means you are fighting an infection, arthritis lupus any thing to do with the immune system have you been checked for mono? you have some sort of infection in your body.
