Not through induced trances or meditating, but through natural sleep itself. Has it happened to anyone? I've heard about it and was curious.

I'm a Christian, and if it's natural I don't see anything wrong with it. I can understand moral concern over use of LSD or something, but I was referring to an organic (natural) experience.

I think we all do sometimes. That's why we get the feeling of falling back into our bodies onto the bed. I just wish we could remember what happens.

you can never know about that because who is to know if what u call an astrally projection is not just a dream?

not that i know of but i know when one dreams they tend to think there spirit drifts away
