I am not sure how to relieve the pain- but my husband gets them and he calls them bible cysts- they used to and still do smack the cyst witha big heavy bible to pop it--- He has not done this himself as his are not bothersome---- but I would try
capsaicin cream(hot pepper) or
arnicia cream( imay have spelled it wrong) these can be found in a health food store or at vitamin shope on line---

You may want to make an appointment with your doctor. Your doctor may want to refer you to a Rheumatologist. I had a cyst on my wrist which had to be drained. I also received a cortisone shot.

It sounds like your wrist should be seen by a doctor.
